General Manager (Sales-Focused Studio Launch Leader)

About Us:
beem® Light Sauna is a modern wellness studio offering private infrared sauna and red light therapy in a spa-like environment. Our therapies help members detox, relieve pain, boost immunity, and renew skin.

We are opening a new studio in West Bloomfield and seeking a General Manager to lead the launch, drive membership sales, and manage day-to-day studio operations.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Launch Phase:

• Promote the brand in the community and through social media
• Build and manage a local lead funnel
• Host pop-up events and collaborate with local businesses
• Convert leads into founding members
• Take over sales management from an outside vendor before launch

Post-Launch:

• Lead membership sales and retention efforts
• Manage studio operations and ensure exceptional client experience
• Hire, train, and schedule Wellness Associates and Sauna Attendants
• Monitor KPIs and track team performance
• Foster a sales-driven culture with clear accountability

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a sales or management role
• Strong sales and lead conversion skills
• Experience in wellness, fitness, or studio environment preferred
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Mindbody, HubSpot)
• Energetic and outgoing personality with great organization

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs
• Tolerate short periods in high heat (135°F )
• Enter/exit saunas, reach overhead, bend, squat as needed
