As a beem® Wellness Studio Membership Specialist, you are the face of our premier wellness studio. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive membership and retail sales successfully and ensure smooth, efficient daily operations. Your primary focus will be managing lead generation activities, supporting member acquisition programs, and leveraging personalized exceptional customer service to cultivate a thriving membership base. You will ensure the most excellent guest experience and the maintenance of a beautiful, clean studio environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Membership Acquisition Excellence: Successfully close sales and confidently communicate the science, technology, and unique benefits of beem® infrared sauna and red-light therapy to drive membership and package sales.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide a premium, boutique experience by ensuring customer delight through consistent, top-notch service, personal greetings, and anticipating needs, to ensure everything about each person’s visit is outstanding.
- Community Engagement: Assist General Sales Manager with hosting in-studio and community events to generate leads and create a fun, high-energy studio environment with an engaged membership culture. Conduct product demos and explain the benefits of infrared sauna and red light therapy to potential members
- Front Desk Operations: Handle front desk systems, including member check-in, phone inquiries, guest registration, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change requests and new membership agreements.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure the reception area, suites, and restrooms are clean and operationally sound, assisting with cleaning and sauna ‘refresh’ between appointments to maintain our high-end studio standards.
YOUR OUTSTANDING QUALITIES INCLUDE:
- You have Experience working in the boutique fitness and wellness industry
- You have a proven track record and strong desire to excel at client acquisition is a must. Experience as a front desk/studio reception associate in a boutique fitness, retail, customer service, beauty or spa environment is required
- Your are outgoing with healthy competitive spirit
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, via text message and via email
- You are always professional, punctual, reliable and organized, and have a solid habit of following up with clients
- You are a self-starter, able to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset and a natural positive attitude
- You have a proficiency with applications, technology and customer relationship software
- You have a genuine desire to help people achieve their best health!
