What we are looking for:
We’re seeking a motivated and self-starter “Sales Manager” who’s ready to take ownership of studio’s sales during presale phase, ensure that all KPIs are met and goals are achieved.
What You’ll Do
Presale Phase (Remote working; plus in person B2B Visits and Pop Up events)
Revenue Growth & Lead Generation:
- Make an extensive number of outbound calls and texts daily to generate new leads, follow up with the existing leads and convert leads into founding memberships
- Drive organic and grassroots sales/marketing initiatives including community outreach, in‑person networking, and local partnerships
- Identify, build and maintain B2B relationships to generate consistent referral traffic
- Manage CRM (Mindbody), track KPIs and take actions to enhance sales
- Participate in local, regional, and company‑wide meetings and trainings
- Work closely with Studio Owner and beem® Corporate Sales team to ensure health and profitability of the studio
Post Launch -Onsite presence for a minimum of five days per week
Revenue Growth & Lead Generation: In addition to mentioned in Presale section:
- Own and consistently achieve studio sales targets across all revenue streams
- Manage the sales funnel: lead capture, follow‑up, conversion, and retention
- Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, email, and text campaigns
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee all aspects of studio operations, including inventory management, cleanliness, performance, and adherence to the policies and standards.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data‑driven improvements
- Manage studio budget, marketing spend, and performance reporting
- Manage schedules, reporting, inventory, and client accounts
Guest Experience Management
- Ensure a high‑quality client journey from first touchpoint through long‑term membership and increase usage, satisfaction, and lifetime value
- Address client concerns with professionalism and solution oriented communication
- Conduct studio tours, wellness consultations, and closing in-person sales
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, supervise, and manage high-performing staff
- Train team members in consultative sales and customer engagement techniques
- Coach and empower a team of Wellness Associates to exceed goals
- Foster a positive, high-energy culture that reflects beem®’s mission and values
- Set clear expectations, lead meetings, and ensure team accountability
Who You Are
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fitness/wellness studio sales/management, or membership driven business with ability to drive measurable sales results
- Proven success in lead generation, and converting leads into memberships
- Strong B2B networking, partnership development and pop-up event experience
- Comfort owning revenue targets and working in a performance‑based environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (in person, phone, and emails)
- Ability to articulate product/service knowledge to promote memberships
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Professional, team player/leader, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Ability to remain calm, respectful, and professional in all customer interactions
- Experienced in supervising teams, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
- Proficient with PC/Mac, studio software, and CRM tools (Mindbody or similar)
Physical Requirements
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Able to work hours that may exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week including weekends especially during peak activity periods
- May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time.
- May be required to reach with hands/arms and able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car.
- Must be able to effectively hear in person and via telephone
- Have your driving license and transportation
