Type of Position: Part-Time, including evenings and weekends
Do you have a passion for promoting health and wellness? We are looking for detail oriented, and organized individuals to join our team. This position offers rewarding opportunities to help our guests work towards their health goals. By ensuring the facilities cleanliness and functionality, you will maximize guest experience by contributing to the well-being and comfort of each session. Experience working in a spa or health/wellness environment is a plus, however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
We offer a Competitive Hourly Rate ($16-22/hr) Free Infrared Sauna Membership Paid Training
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly creating a positive first impression and check clients in using the studio’s booking system
- Promote and sell memberships, packages, and retail products by educating guests on the benefits of infrared sauna and red light therapy
- Follow up with new leads and guests after trial sessions to encourage sign ups
- Assist promotional events to attract new business
- The Wellness Attendant maintains a high level of customer service and cleanliness throughout the studio by establishing and maintaining an inviting, comfortable atmosphere. Cleaning and sanitizing high traffic areas in the studio throughout the day is an essential part of the role. Including but not limited to: reception areas, sauna rooms, restroom, and laundry room to ensure they are functional and maintained.
- Reset Sauna Suites and Light Therapy Rooms by refreshing towels, sanitizing, and preparing spaces for the next guests’ appointments.
- Regular maintenance and organization including folding and rolling towels, restocking and maintaining stock of essential supplies while keeping items organized and easily accessible, as well as removing trash and recycling.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to handle high temperatures above 135 degrees for short periods of time
- Must be able to stand for an extended period of time & be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to maintain clean saunas for members, which involves getting in and out of the sauna and reaching overhead to adjust settings (bend, kneel, and squat to access and adjust the saunas as needed)
