Digital Account Coordinator

DESCRIPTION: Full-time, Permanent, Non-exempt
REPORTING TO: Regional VP
COMPENSATION: ($31-$33 Hourly)
OVERVIEW:
Seeking a highly organized people-person to support, coordinate and execute various aspects of our digital shopper marketing programs, including Amazon and syndicated content, landing pages, email campaigns and other related activities. You will coordinate with the in-house creative team, clients, account services team and third-party services to meet established objectives and timelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Coordination of projects throughout the creative process
· Overseeing project phases from receipt of objectives and budget, through delivery of content
· Publishing content using various platforms: Amazon, 1WorldSync, etc.
· Compiling and packaging assets for upload
· Uploading images to web-based asset repositories
· Performing QA of content on live pages
· Communicating with internal team and clients regarding project progress and updates
· Submitting support tickets
· Tracking project approvals
· Attending progress meetings
· Compiling status reports
· Working as a team member to achieve joint goals
· Communicating and helping to solve potential issues quickly
· Maintaining project schedules and priorities lists
· Distributing creative work orders and working assets to the team
· Preparing client presentations
· Accurate timekeeping and submitting timesheets daily
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
· 1–2 years of experience in digital asset management and page building
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Professional, can-do attitude
· Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, including professional email etiquette
· Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
· Must be accurate, responsive, and able to meet deadlines
· Technical proficiency with publishing platforms required
· Exceptional problem-solving skills
· Effective task management ability and follow-through
· Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
· Intermediate experience with Word and PowerPoint and thorough knowledge of Excel
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This is an in-office position located at our Hayward, CA location. Candidate must be able to work in the office full time.
Salary : $31 - $33
