Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Concierge & Telehealth Physical Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide individualized physical therapy services both in-person (mobile visits to homes or offices) and through telehealth platforms. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, manage your own schedule, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients across Detroit by providing flexible, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
Deliver 60-minute, one-on-one concierge physical therapy sessions at patient homes or offices.
Provide telehealth rehabilitation (e-Rehab) services through secure platforms for remote patients.
Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal and mobility conditions.
Incorporate manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, EWOT, pain neuroscience education, and nutritional guidance into care plans.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Collaborate with referring physicians, healthcare providers, and wellness professionals as needed.
Educate patients on injury prevention, lifestyle modifications, and strategies to achieve long-term wellness.
Manage a flexible caseload, balancing mobile and virtual sessions.
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Active Michigan Physical Therapy license (required).
Strong clinical background in orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Proficiency with telehealth systems and virtual patient engagement tools.
Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage a mobile caseload, and maintain time efficiency.
Preferred: CPR/BLS certification, experience with chronic pain education, auto-injury rehabilitation, or nutritional counseling.
