Overview
Beeler Consulting is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Intern to support business development efforts over the summer. This role is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields who want real-world experience closing deals and generating revenue.
This is a hands-on, performance-based role focused on outbound sales and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
- Clearly communicate Beeler Consulting’s services and value proposition
- Identify client needs and position appropriate solutions
- Close sales directly over the phone
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and sales activity
- Follow up with leads and nurture potential clients
- Collaborate with leadership on messaging and sales strategy
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
- Interest in sales, consulting, or healthcare industry (preferred but not required)
