What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Hostess position at Beekman Square Diner?
Beekman Square Diner is seeking a friendly, motivated individual to join our team as a host/hostess! Pay starts at $16/hr for training with tips being included after training is complete. Some weekend availability is a must. Day and evening shifts available!
Candidate must have the following:
- Superior customer service and memorization skills
- Consistent availability
- Possess an outgoing and friendly demeanor
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to memorize the menu and effectively record and pack take-out orders accurately
- Reliable transportation
