Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Help manage the office and serve Beehive's customers
- Guide new customers through the move-in process and in taking monthly payments.
- With integrity, handle cash and credit card payments, prepare bank deposits and pursue collections.
- Set revenue goals, work to increase sales and facility performance.
- Maintain existing customer relationships.
- Manage day to day maintenance of the facility.
- High school education or equivalent GED. Some college education is preferred.
- Customer service and sales experience.
- Light maintenance skills including repairs, painting, etc.
- Computer skills.
- Valid driver's license with a reliable, insured vehicle to run errands and make deposits.
- $18-20 hourly base with additional sales bonuses.
Salary : $18 - $20
