Salad & Dessert Cook
We are hiring a Salad & Dessert Cook to join our kitchen team. This position prepares fresh salads and plated desserts while maintaining quality and efficiency in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble salads according to recipes and presentation standards
- Plate and prepare desserts during service
- Wash, cut, and prep ingredients as needed
- Keep a clean, organized, and stocked workstation
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong knife skills and basic food prep knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Open availability, including nights and weekends
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to stand for long periods
