We're looking for a Procurement Team Member who thrives on organization, stays on top of details, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you like staying busy, working with a team, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you'll fit right in with the hive.
Pay: $16 - $18
Schedule: Part-time, rotating shifts, 15-25/hrs per week
What You'll Be Doing
Keep Inventory Flowing
- Receive, verify, and properly store incoming deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory levels so production never skips a beat
- Rotate product using FIFO (first in, first out-no shortcuts here)
- Track and update inventory records with precision
Be the Quality Gatekeeper
- Inspect incoming ingredients for freshness and quality
- Catch and resolve discrepancies before they become problems
- Communicate any concerns quickly to keep production on track
Support Daily Production
- Ensure ingredients are ready and available for the production team
- Work closely with team members to anticipate needs and stay ahead
Food Safety & Cleanliness
- Follow all food safety and SQF standards
- Keep workspaces clean, organized, and inspection-ready
- Follow proper hygiene and PPE protocols at all times
Teamwork Makes the Hive Work
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively
- Stay flexible in a fast-paced, ever-moving environment
- Jump in where needed-no "that's not my job" here
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail (you notice the little things-and they matter)
- Dependability and a solid work ethic
- Ability to stay organized and adapt when priorities shift
- Basic understanding of food safety (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Previous food production or kitchen experience is a plus-but not required
Physical Requirements
- On your feet for most of the shift
- Frequent lifting (15–60 lbs)
- Repetitive hand and arm movements in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work in a production environment with proper PPE
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
