We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order and shipping status.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
- Escalate complex or unresolved problems to management or the appropriate department.
- Foster positive customer relationships by showing empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Has experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience with a helpdesk, CRM software, and other customer service tools.
Schedule:
8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday with rotating Friday
12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday with rotating Friday
