Job Summary:
Join our team at BeeHive Homes of Henderson as a dedicated Caregiver / Medication Technician. As a Caregiver/Medical Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking individuals with a passion for memory care and resident well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with ADL’s, medication management, light housekeeping and social interaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with management, providers and team to ensure excellent resident care.
- Provide support in home care setting.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical technician role or caregiving position is preferred.
- Proficiency in assisted living and dementia care practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide compassionate care.
- Certification or training in medication management for a residential facility is desirable.
