- Develop and implement a diverse range of activities tailored to meet the physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of senior residents.
- Coordinate and lead recreational programs, social events, and outings to promote socialization and mental stimulation.
- Manage schedules effectively to ensure timely execution of planned activities and events.
- Communicate regularly with residents, families, and staff to gather feedback and suggestions for activity planning.
- Utilize expertise in dementia care, assisted living practices, recreational therapy, caregiving, and long-term care to create enriching experiences for residents.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in senior care or related fields is preferred; however, candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with schedule management and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact compassionately with residents, families, and colleagues.
