Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking full-time Director of Marketing to work in our Rexburg Administrative Office. This position works from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturday or evening hours may be required as part of events or campaign support. The expected pay is $78,923.58 annually, DOE.
Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Recruit, coach and oversee the marketing team to achieve performance goals. Build a cohesive and high-performing marketing team.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Drive brand awareness and member growth through targeted and effective campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. Conduct regular market research.
- Foster strong cross-departmental relationships to drive integrated marketing initiatives. Communicate marketing strategies and results throughout the credit union.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- Attend select community events as a brand representative, ensuring strong public engagement.
- Will actively engage in needs-based selling.
Qualifications
- College degree required.
- 5-7 years of similar or related experience.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for ads, emails, and social media
- Experience in social media content creation and community engagement.
- Basic to intermediate graphic design skills.
- Experience managing multi-channel digital ad campaigns with a strong ROI focus.
- Advanced CRM automation expertise, particularly in HubSpot.
Physical Requirements
Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, government regulations, general financial reports and compliance documents.
Working Conditions
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise, as well as outdoors in cold, wet, or warm conditions.
