Finance Internship

Description

We are seeking a motivated Finance Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in financial operations, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and invoice processing
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Help prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Conduct research and analysis to support budgeting and forecasting
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Participate in audits and compliance reviews as needed
• Collaborate with team members on special finance projects
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance team

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 2.5 GPA or higher
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills (not required):

• Knowledge of accounting/ERP software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Prior internship or relevant work experience
