- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and guiding them through their purchase journey.
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity, ensuring accurate transactions and balancing registers at shift end.
- Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an organized and attractive store layout.
- Use phone etiquette skills to answer inquiries professionally and assist customers remotely when needed.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and participating in store replenishment efforts.
Experience
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math is essential for accurate transactions.
