Role Description
We are seeking an experienced District Manager to join the Beef-a-Roo team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manhattan, KS. The District Manager will oversee multiple restaurant locations, ensuring they meet performance and profitability goals. Key responsibilities include managing operations, leading and supporting restaurant managers, ensuring exceptional customer service, implementing company policies, overseeing training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide teams at multiple locations
- Strong operational management experience, including overseeing daily operations, handling budgets, and analyzing financial performance metrics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges and collaborate with team members
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the restaurant industry
- Experience in hiring, training, and developing staff to meet organizational goals
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to enhance guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to travel between locations and work varying hours as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Prior experience as a District Manager or in a similar multisite leadership role within the restaurant, food service, or retail industry is a plus
