Duties

- Assist with food preparation and assembly as needed during busy service times
- Buss tables and clear dishes efficiently to maintain a clean dining area
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding order status and special requests
- Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly and maintaining sanitation protocols
- Support the kitchen team with basic cooking or food handling tasks during peak hours
- Ensure smooth flow of service by managing order priorities and timing
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, plating, and presentation techniques
- Experience with banquet service, bussing, or catering is a plus
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
