Position Summary
Compassionate RN to provide skilled nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and ensure quality resident care.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per physician orders.
- Monitor and document residents' conditions and report changes to the physician.
- Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff on the unit.
- Communicate with residents, families, and the care team regarding care needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in Tennessee.
- LTC/skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and interest in working with older adults.
