Hosts/Hostesses provide the first impression of Beech Mountain Brewing Co. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. Hosts/Hostesses are friendly, quick on their feet, and work to ensure a positive guest experience from the moment they enter.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and direct them to seating areas
- Manage waitlists and communicate wait times to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the entrance and seating areas
- Assist servers and management as needed to ensure smooth service
- Provide excellent customer service with a welcoming attitude
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
