JOB GOAL:
To work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and families in order to promote the educational, social, emotional, and physical development and achievement of students.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Classroom teacher responsibilities differentiated for high ability and at-risk learners including, but not limited to: lesson planning, curriculum development, instruction, maintaining grades, developing relationships with students, and communicating with parents.
- Implement PBIS, Calm Classroom techniques and Community Circles with fidelity.
- Collect and analyze individual and program-wide student data.
- Collaborate with colleagues through weekly professional development activities in assessing, selecting, and implementing effective research-based student strategies.
- Other duties related to meeting the needs of students, as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Seldom = Less than 25 % 2. Occasional = 26 to 50 %
3. Often = 51 to 75 % 4. Very Frequent = 76 % & above
Ability to stand for extended periods of time. (4)- Ability to lift 25 lbs. (1)

- Ability to work at a desk, conference table or in meetings of various configurations. (4)
- Ability to see for the purpose of reading laws and codes, rules and policies and other printed matter. (4)
