Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will assist with various physical tasks within our factory environment, supporting production processes and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace. This role offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills and gain valuable experience in manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with assembly line operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely and efficiently
- Use forklifts to move materials and products within the warehouse or manufacturing floor (training provided)
- Support the setup, maintenance, and cleanup of work areas to uphold safety standards
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, stacking, and organizing materials or products
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly
- Assist with inventory management and proper storage of supplies and finished goods
Skills
- Prior experience with factory or warehouse environments is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with manufacturing processes is a plus
- Experience working on assembly lines or with assembly tasks is advantageous
- Forklift experience a plus
- Strong physical stamina for some lifting, standing, and moving while standblasting
- Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with being supervised the entire shift,
