Position Summary

As a Siding Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the professional installation and replacement of residential siding. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction or carpentry, attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualified candidates will be asked to provide before-and-after photos of previous work.

Key Responsibilities

· Install a variety of residential siding materials (vinyl, fiber cement, wood, etc.)

· Ensure proper fit, alignment, and secure attachment of all siding components

· Remove old siding while maintaining the integrity of the home structure

· Load and unload materials safely and efficiently at job sites

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

· Communicate professionally with homeowners to explain work and answer questions

· Follow company installation standards and local building codes

· Complete all paperwork, service records, and job documentation accurately

· Perform minor carpentry or trim work as needed

· Work with a crew

Requirements

· 3 to 5 years of professional siding installation experience (residential preferred)

· Solid knowledge of construction methods and tools

· Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and diagrams

· Comfortable using power tools and hand tools

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Strong communication and customer service abilities

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Physical ability to lift 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions

· Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional overtime and weekends as needed
