What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Sourcer (Sales & Business) position at Bee Talent Solutions?
Our client is searching for a contract Business Sourcer to sit onsite, Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, your sourcing efforts will contribute to building a world-class sales organization.
You’ll partner closely with a full cycle recruiter to serve various clients with our client, and you will build pipelines for priority roles within various business organizations.
What you’ll do:
- Strategically source and build pipelines for various sales profiles
- Develop creative outreach methods
- Leverage internal tools to develop a creative and diverse talent pool
- Develop creative boolean searches and become a market expert in modern technologies
- Manage and report your sourcing metrics and performance as an individual contributor
- Collaborate with members of the Recruiting team and key stakeholders
What we’re searching for:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent required
- 3 years experience working as a sourcer or recruiter
- Ability to write expert boolean searches and the use of modern sourcing technologies
- Expert market knowledge and the ability to confidentially speak to potential candidates
- Familiarity with any of the following: Linkedin Recruiter, Workday, or equivalent ATS
Salary : $45 - $55
