Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Piano Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching piano to children and adults, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to inspire and motivate students at every level.
Responsibilities:
- Teach individual and group piano lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Develop personalized lesson plans that align with students’ goals and abilities.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage student participation in recitals and performance opportunities.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents about progress and upcoming events.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in piano performance and music theory.
- Previous teaching experience preferred, especially with children and beginners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and motivational teaching style.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and weekends.
