Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Lead Organizer (Lead Bee) to run client organizing sessions and guide a team. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for creating organized, functional spaces. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and skilled at both leadership and hands-on organizing.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead home organization and decluttering projects for clients.
- Oversee packing, unpacking, and move management/downsizing support.
- Communicate with clients, teammates, and management to keep projects on track.
- Review job overview, pictures and estimated hours prior to project start.
- Coordinate services such as donation drop-off, junk hauling, or product purchases.
- Guide clients through their newly organized spaces and set them up for long-term success.
- Take and record projects with Before & After pictures.
- Be mindful of estimated hours and actual hours, communicating to Management if there might be a variance.
- Drop off donations utilizing personal vehicle (1 car load maximum) and obtain receipt
- Represent Bee Organized with professionalism, positivity, and care.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Compassionate, non-judgmental, and enthusiastic approach.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing needs.
- Comfort with technology, apps, and project tools.
- Willingness to lift/move up to 40 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel, sometimes on short notice.
- Experience with Neurodiversity a plus.
