Duties
- Declutter, categorize, and organize various areas such as kitchens, bedrooms, closets, garages, and offices
- Assist with packing and unpacking during moves or renovations to ensure smooth transitions
- Implement space optimization techniques to maximize storage and functionality
- Clean spaces before and after organizing projects to ensure a fresh environment
- Coordinate with team members using scheduling software
- Provide guidance on organizing materials, storage solutions, and maintaining order over time
- Offer exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally throughout each project
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working with diverse client groups including seniors, families, or individuals with special needs
- Ability to drive safely and reliably; valid driver’s license required for moving or transportation tasks
- Familiarity with scheduling software and Google Drive
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach
- Physical ability to lift heavy items, bend, kneel, and perform manual tasks regularly
