Why This Role Matters:

As our Order Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring daily operations and communication run smoothly and efficiently. As a Shipping Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and with the same care as if you were sending a gift to a close friend. You’ll need to bee organized and efficient to handle up to 100 orders per day, manage inventory, maintain our organic traceback system, and provide exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately ship up to 100 orders per day, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness—because we strive to bee the best!
• Organic Traceback System Maintain accurate outgoing and receiving logs as part of our commitment to organic certification.
• Inventory Management: Track production schedule, manage stock levels, and keep inventory organized and updated.
• Customer Service: Communicate directly with customers to ensure they receive exactly what they need. Resolve order-related inquiries with care and professionalism.
• Labeling & Packaging: Label products with attention to detail and package them with love.
• Support the Team: Assist coworkers when needed and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.

• Time Management: Effectively manage time to meet daily shipping quotas.
• Customer Service Focused: Commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Team Player: Willingness to assist team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
