Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Service Professionals to join our janitorial team across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitized environments in commercial facilities. Your efforts will ensure our clients’ spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, contributing to a healthier workplace for all.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and mops to maintain floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Handle chemical agents safely while performing sanitation procedures in compliance with safety protocols.
- Operate cleaning equipment efficiently to ensure optimal results in floor care and custodial maintenance.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols during chemical handling and custodial tasks to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and ensuring their environment is spotless and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred; familiarity with commercial cleaning is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor buffing, sanitation procedures, and industrial cleaning methods.
- Ability to handle chemical agents safely according to safety protocol guidelines.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks regularly.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently across shifts.
- Reliable team player with good communication skills who adheres to safety practices at all times.
- Must provide two professional references.
