Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprint specifications and construction plans to determine the correct gutter layout and dimensions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to install seamless gutters on residential and commercial properties.
- Fabricate and cut gutter materials accurately using tape measures, saws, and fabrication tools to ensure a precise fit.
- Follow schematics, technical drawings, and installation instructions to ensure adherence to building codes and quality standards.
- Perform site inspections, verify measurements on-site, and make adjustments as needed during installation processes.
- Install related components such as downspouts, brackets, hangers, and other fixtures with attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring proper disposal of waste materials.
Experience
- Prior construction experience with a focus on building material installation or roofing is highly preferred; but not required.
- Familiarity with gutter installation techniques, including seamless systems, is a strong plus- also not a requirements; we can train.
- Basic understanding of a tape measure.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently while working at heights or on uneven surfaces; ladder use experience is essential.
