Band Saw Operator

BEE ACCESS – PERMANENT EQUIPMENT (PE) PRODUCTION SUPPORT - BAND SAW OPERATOR

We are seeking a Permanent Equipment Production Support Associate to join our production team that will support the company’s overall growth strategy by assisting the welders in maintaining their tools and equipment and by maintaining a clean, organized work environment. This position requires basic skills to cut, drill and punch, and assemble.

· Full time hours and first shift schedule: 40 hours per week guaranteed, Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm  

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:  

· Assemble equipment (locate, clean, assemble components). 

· Prep hardware, parts, and equipment for assembly. 

· Reads tape measure accurately. 

· Ability to work on multiple projects by order of priority.   

· Support welders/fabricators as they fabricate various metal parts.  

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS: 

· High School diploma or equivalent. 

· 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry with construction exposure preferred.

· Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Saw Operator, specifically a HydeMech Band Saw machine.

· CNC experience preferred.

· Must have a high attention to detail and basic math skills.

· Must be proficient with tape measurement.

· Strong organization and communication skills required.

· Capable of handling and lifting 50 lbs. without assistance.

· Local or willing to commute to West Palm Beach, FL area.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
