Job Overview
Branch Maintenance Attendants are responsible for cleaning and maintenance related to the branch showroom, customer service, office and warehouse areas and facilities.
Duties
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe store environment including warehouse and showroom
- Ensure cleanliness of the restrooms, floors, windows, doors, countertops, sample racks and displays
- Maintain and restock restroom supplies
- Empty and remove all garbage
- Clean, sanitize, and restock supplies
- Maintain janitorial closets and equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition
- Report and address any major repairs and safety issues
- Maintain high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Assist with warehouse and showroom operations as needed
- Work within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goal, and directives.
- Any other duties required of this position
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Close attention to details and high level of accuracy
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take the extra step!
- Possess a flexible work schedule
- Ability to lift 100 lbs.
- Prior cleaning and maintenance experience is a plus
- Bi-lingual is a plus
