The Position:

Our small customer service team is an essential component of our direct sales growth and customer retention strategy - both of which are key pillars of the Bedrock business. This Bedrock Sandals Customer Service Associate is a seasonal part time position. Your role will be vital to Bedrock’s epic service commitment to our customers and is responsible for assisting folks online, on phone, and in person as well as answering customer service inquiries, processing returns/exchanges, and cleaning returned sandals during our busy spring / summer season.

Required Experience:

Customer Service rooted in creating awesome experiences and going above and beyond.
Experience working in a fast paced and evolving work environment.
Technological experience in ecommerce web apps, email software, and spreadsheets.
Excellent communication skills, including but not limited to listening for customer needs, describing unique product features, and communicating with the appropriate team members on behalf of customers.

Duties will include but not limited to:
Assist Bedrock Customers through email, phone, and in-person.
Process and clean footwear returns / repairs.
Give reports to management on product and service feedback from customers.
Pick up mail at the post office and drop off inventory at the fulfillment center.
Use spreadsheets to process, monitor, and track work.
Maintain high quality standards.
Keep workstations clean and organized.
Ability to do repetitive hand work and occasionally lift and carry 40 lb boxes, with reasonable accommodation, as needed.

Seasonal Schedule:
Duration: Approximately 5 - 5 ½ Months
Start date between April 10th - April 24th
End Date between September 8th - September 22nd

Hourly work schedule:
Up to 30 hours a week. Some schedule flexibility available.

Example Schedules:
Monday-Friday 8:00AM-2:30PM
or Tuesday-Friday 8:00 AM-4PM

Starting Salary:
$20-21 Per Hour Depending on Experience
Benefits: Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays (Summer Season Holidays Include: Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day)
