Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and document resident progress, reporting any changes or concerns to senior staff
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care, including medical charts and flow sheets
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

- Current RN license in the state of Florida
