- Construction – Assist with construction management for our major developments, including the Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center.
- Business Development – Assist in building and managing public and private partnerships and supporting public-financing strategies that drive Bedrock Cleveland's current and future developments.
- Property Management – Contribute to the daily operations and tenant & visitor experience across Bedrock Cleveland’s retail, residential, and commercial properties.

Position Requirements
- One must be an undergraduate entering their junior year or higher in the fall of 2026.
- Pursuing a degree related to the team or business area you indicated in your personal statement.
- Previous internship or work experience beneficial.
- Internships are fully on site at our offices and properties in downtown Cleveland.
- Ability to perform tasks within established procedures
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve at a basic level
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
