About the Role
Bedrock Capital Management is seeking a Director of Marketing to help build and lead the foundational marketing strategy for the firm and the Bedrock Fund. This is an opportunity for a marketing professional with strong managerial or mid-level experience to step into a senior-impact role without needing prior Director-level experience.
Marketing the Firm
• Build and maintain Bedrock’s brand identity and messaging across channels
• Develop content for firm communications, newsletters, and announcements
• Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Marketing the Bedrock Fund
• Create investor-focused content, insights, and educational materials
• Develop and manage targeted marketing campaigns for investor acquisition
• Produce market commentary, fund updates, and outreach materials
Estimated Hours and Time Commitment
The Director of Marketing role is classified as less than part-time based on hours required for weekly output and firm needs.
Total Estimated Hours per Week: 10

Compensation Structure
Compensation is based 4 elements of Compensation
- Salary and wage compensation based on percentage and Total Venture Capital Raised
- Equity compensation: 3% Equity Ownership of Management Firm
- Performance-based compensation: tied to lead generation, conversions, and subscriber activity
- Bonus-based compensation: based on Investor Total Paid-In Capital from marketing-driven campaigns
Total Estimated Compensation (Non Venture Backed): FY26: $10,000 - $20,000/yr
Total Estimated Compensation (Venture Backed): FY26-FY27: $25,000 - $160,000/yr
