Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on data collection and analysis.

  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and support for clients.

  • Monitor client progress through regular data collection and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

  • Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavior management strategies.

  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.

  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.

  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.

  • Proficiency in data collection methods and patient assessment strategies.

  • Familiarity with special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities.

  • Understanding of medical terminology, medical records, and documentation requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

  • Commitment to providing compassionate patient care while adhering to ethical standards.

Salary : $85 - $100
