Seasonal Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Location: Remote (Cheyenne, WY or Larimer County, CO only)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT
Season: April through October
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Pay Schedule: Weekly payroll
About the Position
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team during our busy irrigation season.
While this is a remote position, preference will be given to candidates located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. We will also consider qualified applicants residing in Larimer County, Colorado.
This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and productive when things get busy. You will be a key point of contact for our customers and an important part of ensuring our daily operations run smoothly.
This is not an entry-level "answer the phone and wait for instructions" position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, learns quickly, solves problems independently, and contributes to the success of the entire team.
High-performing team members are often invited to return season after season.
Location Requirement
This position is open only to applicants residing in Cheyenne, Wyoming or Larimer County, Colorado (including Fort Collins, Loveland, Wellington, Berthoud, Timnath, and surrounding communities).

What You'll Do
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
Schedule customer appointments and manage technician calendars
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text message
Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and scheduling
Follow up with customers regarding appointments, estimates, and invoices
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
Coordinate with technicians and office staff to ensure excellent customer service
Prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Assist with administrative and operational projects as needed
Help solve problems and keep work moving forward
Jump in wherever needed to support the team
