Job Summary
The Program Manager will oversee daily operations at a South Dakota partner school and provide support at a nearby campus as needed. Responsibilities include managing on-campus services, delivering products, fulfilling dispatch orders, meeting with students, and assisting with spring/fall move-in and move-out operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations at the primary campus.
- Travel to a nearby school to deliver products or fulfill dispatch orders (mileage reimbursed).
- Support spring and fall operations, including distribution, pickups, and basic product assembly.
- Provide on-site customer service to students and campus partners.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate with the central operations team.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation (gas reimbursed for work travel).
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform hands-on tasks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Customer service or operations experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
