Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $300000. - $400000.
Our doctors receive 40% of their respective collections, while the office pays 60% of lab fees from your preferred lab. Guaranteed daily rate for the first 90 days.
Bedi Dental Group is seeking experienced prosthodontists and periodontists who are looking for more than a traditional associate position.
We are a doctor-led, quasi fee-for-service dental group focused on comprehensive, relationship-based dentistry and high-quality patient care. We are looking for specialists who want the clinical environment of private practice with the resources, infrastructure, and long-term opportunities of a growing group practice.
Who we're looking for
- Completion of an accredited Prosthodontics or Periodontics residency
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience following residency.
- Strong commitment to comprehensive, high-quality dentistry.
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary treatment-planning skills.
- Interest in developing referral relationships and growing a specialty practice.
- Leadership ability and an interest in helping lead, mentor, and develop a team.
