We are seeking a Manager of People and Culture to join our team at Bedi Dental
Group. As a Manager of People and Culture, you will report to the Chief Operating
Officer (COO) and be responsible for employee relations, developing and
retaining employees, influencing a positive and inclusive workplace culture,
recruiting and aligning human resource process with organization objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Group. As a Manager of People and Culture, you will report to the Chief Operating
Officer (COO) and be responsible for employee relations, developing and
retaining employees, influencing a positive and inclusive workplace culture,
recruiting and aligning human resource process with organization objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Culture Development - Implementing initiatives to foster a positive and productive company culture. Aligning the employees to our core values.
- Employee Engagement - Creating strategies to motivate and retain employees through recognition, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Talent Acquisition and Management - oversee recruitment, Onboarding and performance management, being the first voice at BDG for all new candidates.
- Predictive index - responsible for utilizing this tool for new and existing employees to maintain an environment that we continue to have the "right people, right seats"
- Diversity and inclusion - promoting an inclusive workplace
- Leadership Development - coaching and mentoring managers to enhance their leadership skills
- Change Management - facilitating organizational changes and ensuring smooth transition for employees
- Communication - building relationships and fostering open communication across all levels of the organization
- Implementing corrective action plans- this could involve verbal, written or final conversation. Supporting leaders in documentation and conversations with employees
- Employee Benefits - manage employee 401k match, along with benefit packages along with open enrollment which takes place two times a year in addition to 401k
- Payroll - process payroll and ensure accuracy and proper reporting to the CEO
- 5 years experience in managing employees or previously held a human resources role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees at all levels
- Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a face pace environment
- Previous experience with Predictive Index is plus
