  • Serve as a liaison between BEDGEAR and retail partners to identify new business opportunities, support contract negotiations, close sales, and assist in marketing strategy development.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Monitor competitive activity and provide recommendations to maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
  • Represent BEDGEAR at trade shows, marketing events, and industry functions as needed.
  • Conduct store visits to ensure merchandising compliance, including:
    • Documenting and photographing POP displays and visual merchandising setups
    • Identifying and recommending merchandising improvements
    • Evaluating competitive floor space and providing insights to sales leadership
    • Identifying areas for additional marketing collateral placement
    • Updating SharePoint with reports following store visits
  • Maintain call reports and provide performance feedback from store visits.
  • Work remotely with a self-maintained home office when not traveling.
