Bedford County Juvenile Court office is now accepting applications for Youth Services Officer/Probation Officer. This position screens complaints against a juvenile regarding delinquent or unruly behavior as well as files petitions and summons when needed. In addition, the role of the Youth Services Officer/Probation Officer supervises juveniles on Court Probation to ensure all court ordered requirements are met. This position reports directly to the Juvenile Court Director. Qualifications include a minimum of a bachelor's degree; Criminal Justice or Social Related field with work experience in case management preferred.
