This opportunity is for a County Caseworker to build rapport and a professional relationship with consumers of all ages in services and their families. Serve as an advocate for the consumer, monitor the delivery of services, link individuals to services, develop social supports, and encourage self-determination.
This position requires a bachelor's degree.
