Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Front Desk role located in Bedford, NY. The primary responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering incoming calls, and addressing guest queries and concerns. The Front Desk Associate will also handle administrative tasks, process reservations, and provide general assistance to ensure excellent customer service and a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties experience, with the ability to handle a multi-line phone system and manage front desk operations professionally.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, ensuring a welcoming and helpful guest experience.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting effectively with a diverse range of guests and team members.
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including the ability to use reservation systems, email, and basic office software.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
