Bedford Post Acute is a 72-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility at 136 Donahue Manor Rd. in Bedford. We have deep roots in our community and great ratings to show for it. Our size is our strength. With 72 beds, you'll know your residents, your coworkers, and your leaders by name. Many of the people you care for are your neighbors.

Your Day-to-Day
You'll help care for our residents by assisting with their activities of daily living. You'll work under the supervision of our nursing staff to make sure care meets current state, federal, and local standards. You'll do it alongside a team that treats each other like family.
What You'll Need
- At least 18 years of age
- Active CNA certification in good standing in Pennsylvania
- PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred
- Compassion for a vulnerable population
