Job Title: Beta Club Sponsor
Reports To: Building Principal
Job Purpose
The Beta Club Sponsor oversees the activities, membership, and operations of the school’s Beta Club, promoting academic achievement, leadership, and service among students in accordance with the National Beta Club guidelines.
Primary Responsibilities

Organize and supervise all Beta Club meetings, events, and activities.

Maintain accurate membership records and ensure members meet eligibility requirements.

Communicate regularly with members, parents, and school administration regarding club news, events, and service opportunities.

Coordinate service projects and community involvement activities.

Submit required reports, fees, and membership updates to the National Beta Club organization.

Provide guidance, support, and encouragement to student members in developing leadership and service skills.

Ensure club activities align with school policies and the Beta Club mission.
