Assistant Principal - Peter Woodbury Elementary School

Summary: The Bedford School District is seeking an experienced educator to join the District's leadership team as an Assistant Principal/Special Education Facilitator at the Peter Woodbury Elementary School. Experience with elementary school students and a commitment to the school's curriculum and instructional philosophy are essential. This is a 261 day position beginning July 1, 2026. Description: The successful candidate must be a child oriented, dedicated educator with excellent communication skills, knowledge of special education, teacher supervision, evaluation and assessment. We are looking for an individual who will provide dynamic, positive leadership for both students and staff and who understands and practices the concepts of professional learning communities. Community relations is an essential part of this position. The Bedford School District believes in research based practices and the use of data to drive instruction and professional development. Qualifications: Minimum three to five years experience as a teacher and/or administrator and be certified as an associate principal or school principal in New Hampshire.
