• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including agronomists, sales professionals, and operational staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Oversee profit and loss management, analyzing financial data to optimize revenue streams and control costs effectively.
• Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating customer relationships, and expanding service offerings.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes utilizing Excel data analysis and operational metrics to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Lead project management efforts for new product launches, service enhancements, and process improvements using lean management principles.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies while maintaining operational excellence.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape long-term strategies, oversee operational management, and support organizational growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven management experience with a strong background in team leadership, business management, and operational oversight within the agriculture or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and strategic planning at an executive level.
• Extensive experience in project management, process improvement, and implementing lean management techniques.
• Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel or similar tools to inform decision-making processes.
• Background in sales development, customer service excellence, and business development strategies.
• Supervising experience with a focus on team development and leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in operations management.
